Children from Minority Communities

20% fee concession on syllabus fee is allowed to the children from Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Parsi and Buddhist communities. This fee concession shall continue throughout the schem.

Differently-abled Children

20% fee concession on syllabus fee is allowed to differently-abled students with 40% or higher impairment. This fee concession shall continue throughout the program.

Children from Jain Community

40% fee concession on syllabus fee is allowed to all students from Jain community in all programs. This concession shall continue throughout the program.

University Employees and their Wards

40% concession on course charge is permitted to self/mate/child/girl of College Workers. Expanded blood relations of College Representatives, characterized as sibling/sister of College worker, child or little girl of sibling/sister of College Representative are permitted 15% course charge waiver. This charge concession will go on all through the program till the representative keeps on working in the College.

Important Notes

• All the scholarships/fee concessions will be awarded on Course Fee, excluding Other Fee, Exam Fee & Security Deposit.
• In case a student stands eligible for more than one type of fee concession, only one type of fee concession shall be awarded & will be decided upon as per the University procedure/policy in this regard as amended from time to time.
• No scholarship/fee concessions shall be obtainable in Pharmacy /Nursing and Paramedical Programs.
• No scholarship/fee concessions for Certificate Programs less than 6 months.

Does the university provide education loans?

 Yes, you can get an Education Loan from any bank provided you fulfill their eligibility criteria. Mangalayatan University has a tie-up with Punjab National Bank for priority processing of loans for its students but the whole process remains an affair between you and the bank. The university is not liable for the same.

 If the student has given AIEEE/ UPTU last year would he/she be eligible?

 AIEEE and UPTU scores are valid only for one year. Students can appear in MUJEE in case their AIEEE/ UPTU scores are invalid.

 What is the procedure for Summer Training/ Internship?

Summer Training is scheduled in the month of June. B-Tech students undergo 6 weeks of training after the 6th semester. B-Tech Biotech/ Pharma students undergo 4 weeks of training after the 6th semester. MBA students undergo 4 – 6 weeks of summer training after 2nd semester depending upon the curriculum. Journalism students undergo 4 weeks of training after 4th semester. DAHTM students undergo 4 weeks of training after completion of the course.
