Benelli 502S is a street bike which is expected to be launched in India in December 2023 in a tentative price range of Rs. 5,00,000 – Rs. 6,00,000 in India. Benelli has two very similar looking motorcycles in the 402S City Cruiser and the 502S. Both the products draw most of their design inspiration from the Ducati Diavel and are cruisers as well. As such, it retains a lot of elements from the TNT300. It features a steel trestle frame and a 300cc parallel-twin motor that generates 37bhp and 26Nm. A six-speed manual gearbox is standard – but no word yet on whether a slipper clutch will be standard. Braking is courtesy of a twin 260mm petal disc at the front and a single 240mm disc at the rear. Dual-channel ABS will be standard. Inverted front forks and preload-adjustable rear mono shock make up the suspension. The fuel tank has a capacity of 16 litres, which is huge for a motorcycle of this size.
